| Dot and
Leonard made their way through the buffet line with a little help from
Leondard's Guide "Rodeo." Then they enjoyed their Dinner in the Dark
together. |

A puppy waits patiently for her raiser to finish her meal |
Okay, I found the drink... now where's the spaghetti? |
Low vision goggles from Guide Dogs for the Blind, Inc. simulate limited field-of-vision with a stylish "funnel" look (left). |
Both blindfolds and low vision simulating glasses helped participants gain empathy with their puppies' eventual partners. |
| GOLDFISH
RELAY Participants donned blindfolds and with a little help from sighted guides, relayed spoonfuls of goldfish crackers to the other side of the room. |
Getting the goldfish on the spoon |
On your mark....get set..... |
GO! |
Find the cup, put in the goldfish and return for more... without your puppy getting a snack! |
| MUSICAL
CHAIRS When the music stops, find a seat and have your dog sit. If someone can entice your dog to jump up, you lose your seat and are out of the game.... |
...The last team sitting, wins! |
| KONGS
FOR ALL! The Kong Company generously donated kong toys for all participants. |
The dogs got to make their own choice from a big bin of Kongs. Thank you, Kong Company! |
